Russell has over fifteen years of experience in the information technology and insurance fields. Prior to co-founding AgencyRM in 2013, he worked at PACCAR (the manufacturer of Kenworth & Peterbilt trucks) for about eight years in various technology roles including lead software developer, business analyst, and project manager. Additionally, he continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer of VibrantUSA, Washington States largest insurance agency devoted to Medicare insurance.

Russell holds a Masters in Business (MBA) Degree from Seattle University of Seattle, WA along with a Business (BBA) Degree with a concentration in Information Management from Pacific Lutheran University of Tacoma, WA. Russell was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and currently resides in Vancouver, WA with his wife and son.
