Don excels in connecting and assisting agents with insurer contracts while providing, comprehensive product training and support, strategic sales planning, organizational visioning and development as well as compliance oversight. He has worked several years in the health insurance industry specializing in Medicare as the Director of Sales for Washington States leading agency in Medicare sales, VibrantUSA.

Before joining VibrantUSA, Don spent 10 plus years in business administration and organizational design. He is passionate about education and his leadership and customer service roles throughout his career have given him the ability to listen to others and guide them to finding solutions and achieving their goals. Don and his wife were longtime residents of Mount Vernon WA but now call San Antonio TX home. In his free time he enjoys keeping saltwater reef aquariums, gourmet cooking and gardening.
