Available in Washington July 1

Cigna willbe rolling out enhancements to their LOYAL Medicare Supplement product in Washington, which will include:

	7% Spousal discount¹
	Added customer programs²

You can begin selling Cigna’s enhanced Medicare Supplement with the new application beginning July 1, 2016. You can order the new materials now, by contacting AgencyRM or logging into Cigna’s Agent View Portal.Express App will not immediately calculate the Household Discount, but the discount will be applied when the application is processed for eligible applicants. Agents should ensure to calculate the household discount when quoting via Express App until the process is in place. We will notify you when it is available within Express App.

Rate adjustments in Washington

Loyal American Life Insurance Company (LOYAL) will implement the following rate adjustments for Medicare Supplement in Washington on July 1, 2016:

	10.0% decrease on plans G & N
	5.8% increase on plans A & F

A Spousal Discount is a discount that is available when the applicants spouse or state-registered domestic partner living within the same household, enrolls or is enrolled in a Medicare Supplement policy provided by or through Loyal American Life Insurance Company. The spousal discount rates will not immediately be available in Express App for release in Washington, but we will apply the rates internally upon receipt of applicable orders.
