MAPD
- National Rate First Year: $510 / $255
- PA, CT and DC: $574 / $287
- CA, NJ: $636 / $318
- Puerto Rico, USVI: $350 / $175
PDP
- National Rate $78 / $39
(Initial Year / Renewal or ReplacementYear)
MAPD goes up $28 for new sales and $14 for renewals/replacements. PDP goes up $4 for new sales and $1 for renewals/replacements.
