MAPD
- National Rate First Year: $482 / $241
- PA, CT and DC: $542 / $271
- CA, NJ: $601 / $301
- Puerto Rico, USVI: $331 / $166
PDP
- National Rate $74 / $37
(Initial Year / Renewal or ReplacementYear)
MAPD goes up $27 for new sales and $13 for renewals/replacements. PDP goes up $2 for new sales and $1 for renewals/replacements.
