Announcing MyAgencyRM (Agent Portal)
We arepleased to announce the release of our new web portal calledMyAgencyRM. This web portal was built for agents, by agents! This is yet another tool that is part of our OneSource model supporting our ongoing effort to Simplify Insurance for Agents! MyAgencyRM will ultimately simplify the relationship our agents have with us by allowing us to be 100% transparent as we essentially provide visibility to everything we know. This ranges anywhere from answering questions on commissions to providing a simple to use portal for agents to update their E&O Insurance. While this portal is now available to AgencyRM affiliated agents, there are many additional features that will be added over the upcoming weeks and months!
As of today, MyAgencyRMprovides agents with the ability to search and view all of the policies written for carriers whom they are contracted through us for. This gives agents a OneSource portal to view all their policies submitted regardless of carrier. The days of having to logintoeach insurers portal to view application receipt could be over.
In the future, agents will have access to downloadable commission statements to view which policies they have been paid on as well as update personal information like license renewals and E&O coverage certificates. This system is just the start of where things are headed with us though! We are continuing to raise the bar in our industry with quality servicesand systems that will be second to none. Can you imagine a world where you could simply use one system to solve almost all of our needs Can you imagine a world where you can press a button and have the system show you which policies you have not been paid on and the accounts are “over due” Because we can!
