Everett, Washington June 20, 2014 AgencyRM, LLC announced today a purchase agreement to acquire the assets of The Benefits Company, Inc.

AgencyRM shares the same values and visions that my business partner, DebbieBowen and I have fostered as our own over the years. We went to a great deal of consideration as to who we could trust to move forward with the best interest of our agents top of mind. AgencyRM was founded in May 2013 by the owners & management team behind VibrantUSA, the top producing insurance agency in the state of Washington dedicated to Medicare Insurance. Through this acquisition, AgencyRM will have a 40% increase in the number of contracted agents.
